Cultural Equity Statement:

The Laotian American Community of Fresno is committed to honoring and celebrating the rich tapestry of cultures that exist within our community, encompassing over sixty unique tribes, each with its distinct traditions, languages, and histories. We believe that cultural equity is fundamental to fostering a vibrant and inclusive environment where all voices are heard and respected. Our mission is to ensure that every individual has the opportunity to thrive, regardless of their cultural background.

Inclusion Statement:

We are dedicated to creating an inclusive atmosphere that reflects the diverse identities and experiences of all members of the Laotian American community and the broader Fresno community. We celebrate our differences and actively promote participation from all individuals in our programs and initiatives.
